Almost done!

Well, what has happened since last time???
I have been working on a little girl that is almost ready and she will go on my website. I really love the colour on her and I can´t wait to show her to you all.

We have booked the spa and we are going there next weekend and we are staying there over night. YYhhheee, I can´t wait!!!!

I feel that I have to put a higher gear in now to get things done before christmas. So I have to stay focus now on my bears and not be distract by the computer. When I go on it I can stay a BIT too long and that is not good.
So....I will get back to work now and I will post a photo of the new bear as soon as she is ready.

Planning for next year...

OOooohhh, time is really just flying by!!!
I have been thinking about next year the last week, trying to schedule the shows. And it looks good at the moment.
I will be doing two shows in February one in May and then an othere one in November.
I haven´t got all the exact dates yet but as soon as I know I will put it here on my blog.

As you see I am only doing the Hugglets show(UK) in February next year. I feel that I won´t have the time to do more shows then what I have planed now.
But don´t get me wrong: I love to do shows! But I need the time as well to make the bears and sometimes I don´t have as much time as I would like to have....

So the Hugglets show is the only one that I am going to visit the rest is online shows.
But I am looking forward to every single one of them and slowly starting to prepare for the first one.
I hope you will join me on the shows and if you are going to visit the Hugglets show next year..... I look forward to see you there!

Colours...

The weater is really cold now and there are lots of colour changes in the woods. It is so nice to see all the colours on the leaves and plants.
But the warm coats must come on and one must not forget to put the cloves and hats on too....bbbhhhrr
I suppous that it can be cosy when it turns cold and that you can light all your candles in the house. It is a big romantic factor and I for one likes it. But as you know I do miss the summer and the warm wind and it will be many month before I will feel it again.
But for now I am really enjoying the colours I can see in the nature.

How does there mind work?

Some weeks ago my husband decided that we should go to a spa futher up in Sweden. I was so happy about it as I have never been to a spa before, but always wanted to go to one.
So we decided that as soon as I have a weekend off from work we where going there and treat ourself. I haven´t stopped thinking about it since I found out that we were going, I am all excitied...

Some days ago when we where out with the dog in the evening he said: -Shouldn´t we take the children as well to the spa? I looked at him and couldn´t say anything for 10 seconds... Then I said: -Are you out of your mind????? Take the children as well???
Don´t you understand that this is our time together (we don´t get this very often)...
This is MY(our) time to relax, thinking about ME(us), for once!...????
I think that he understood as I haven´t heard anymore about it...LOL

Am I being selfish???? I don´t want to be, I just want some ME time...

I really like the way he turned out and the colours on him are absolute wonderful. He wears a necklace made of Silver with a ghost and he likes to play Trick or Treat. But the necklace can easily be taking off if you would like to do so.

I am here again...

I am back! With lots of new energy and feeling much better...
So, I have started with doing some changes on my blog. What do you think? I am not sure if it is too dark and maybe you will see some changes again. I don´t stop until I am completly happy with it. :0)
So what else has happened?
Well, I have worked on a bear that I will put on my website and blog. I am very happy with him and he will have a lower adopting fee...!!!!

I have been working on a prim bear as well, it feels like forever but at last she nearly finished now. I feelt that I wanted to do something completly different from my bears so I would be very happy to have some feedback when you see her....I just have to do her a dress and put the legs on her. So please be patient....

I have 2 bears that is going to travel to a shop around the world, not all done but I am getting there.
I will put some pictures of them as soon as I can here.
And there are more bags to be done too, so you see I haven´t been all relaxing!
I will try and take the photo of the bear that will have the lower adopting fee later. The weather has not been good at all for so long now. Over the weekend we a storm and with that it came a lot of rain, so I am hoping for some sun today. Fingers crossed!

Sorry...

I am sorry that I haven´t been writing more since I got back from London. I have been busy finishing some bears and I had an order for my bags to do after my trip.
But I am getting there and I feel that I need to take things a bit slowly now. It was a mad time before Hugglets so I need a break. So forgive me if I am a bit quiet, I do hope that you understand.
But I will be back soon with lots of new energy, promise.

I am back!

I had an amazing time in London!!!!!The weather on the Saturday was so warm and wonderful. I arrived in London at noon and after being at the hotel we (me and my mum) went out to see the shops and Picadilly Circus. We got a glimt of the Palace of Westminster too. We were pretty tired in the evening so it was an "early" night that day.

In the morning of the BIG day I was starting to get a bit nervous and I usually don´t get like that...But the day went so well and I spoke to a lot of artist and collectors. It is really my favorite day of the year!!!!
I had a bit of unluck as the lamp that I was going to put on the table got broken on the flight to England. I got a bit worried that it would look a bit too "dark" but there wasn´t much I could do about it...:0(

A lot of my bears found new homes and some bears went to Abracadabra bears of England and some to a shop in Japan. It was so nice to see everybody and I did my best to go around and see the most of you. But at the same time you don´t want to be gone from your table too long...
So if I didn´t see you or missed you at the show, sorry.

I want to say a big thank you to everybody that adopted a bear or two and thank you for all the nice comments. It really makes me so happy to hear it and I appreciate it so much!
More good new is that I have been contacted by a magazine from Holland that wants to do an articel about me and my bears. Happy dance here....

I will post more about it later.
